Privacy Policy
We keep this simple: we collect only what you choose to share with us, we use it only to connect with you, and we never sell it.

What we collect
When you use the contact or small-group forms, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, and message, and — on the small-group form — optionally your phone number, ZIP code, preferred days, and whether childcare matters to you. Visiting the site itself requires no account and we run no advertising trackers; we count page views with cookieless analytics that store no personal information.
How it is used
Form submissions are delivered to our church inbox (info@arkubc.org) through FormSubmit, a form-relay service, and are read only by our staff so we can respond and help you find your place in the church. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else, and we do not send marketing email.
Giving
Online giving runs entirely inside Nucleus, our giving provider. Your card or bank details go directly to Nucleus and never touch this website. See Nucleus's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
Embedded services
Some pages embed YouTube videos (in privacy-enhanced mode) and Google Maps. When you interact with those embeds, YouTube and Google may set their own cookies under their own policies.
Your choices
If you would like us to update or delete anything you have sent us, email info@arkubc.org or talk to us on a Sunday, and we will take care of it.
Delete your app account
If you created an account in the Ark Church app, you can have it and its data (your profile, group memberships, and messages) permanently deleted at any time: email info@arkubc.org from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account", and we will delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply.
